story short

I'm Luciano Pouzada, a brazilian designer currently crafting digital products at Work&Co as Group Design Director.

I believe that creating meaningful experiences through technology can transform people's lives for the better.

I bring a holistic approach to design, blending product, strategy, branding, visual and interaction design to create engaging and user-centric digital products. As a design leader, this versatility helps me navigate diverse challenges, shape design strategies, and foster creativity within design teams.

Over the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with an amazing group of talented individuals, creating product experiences across a wide range of industries.

From tech, finance, streaming, to retail and telecom companies, my career has given me the opportunity to lead and collaborate with projects for brands like Google, BTG, Vivo, Claro, Havaianas, Discovery Channel, Eurosport, Globo, and many others

Before Work&Co, I was part of Huge, helping to lead the design, strategy and tech teams in Brazil as the Executive Experience Director.

Major clients

Google

I've been involved in various projects with Google, from exploring AI-driven experiences to enhancing the physical store experiences for some of their devices. One of the main projects I worked on with them involved envisioning their content moderation platform, called Prisma, for the Google's Trust & Safety team.

Vivo

Vivo, a leading Brazilian telecom company and part of the Telefónica Group, is known for innovation, reliability, and extensive coverage across Brazil. We collaborated with them to design their new app, introducing new business pillars to user journeys, creating a more relational experience to better connect with clients.

TED

In 2021, I collaborated with the Work & Co team and TED to update their design system and key product areas, ensuring seamless integration with a new content management platform. This allowed us to refine various elements, making it easier to enhance the user experience.

BTG

BTG is an investment bank and wealth manager in Brazil, a successful international investment and distribution platform. At Work&Co we engaged with BTG for several endeavors. We created a vision for their brand new retail banking service.  We also evolved their investment platform on mobile.

Claro

Claro is a major Brazilian telecom company offering mobile, internet, TV, and phone services. For them we built a scalable mobile framework. This project was honored by Fast Company in 2020 for the Best Design in Latin America.

BV

BV is one of the largest private banks in Brazil, the main leader in car loan and solar panel financing in the country. We created a new vision for their app, expanding the day-to-day experience for BV customers, especially those who have financed vehicles and solar panel, to enhance their interaction and perform crucial tasks within their respective ecosystems.

Camicado

Camicado is a reference brand in home and decoration in various styles, through a platform of quality products and services. We worked with Camicado to evolve their omnichannel experience, envisioning new ways to integrate their web, app and in store channels. 

Steinway & Sons

Also in 2021, I worked with the amazing Steinway & Sons on a project to design and develop of a MacOS application used by Steinway to schedule, manage and host live performance broadcasts using their Spirio pianos. 

Havaianas

One of Brazil's most renowned brands, we were hired to reimagine their website, crafting an extraordinary digital flagship experience. They didn't want just another e-commerce. The idea was to allow users to explore their entire portfolio and delve into the stories behind each collection. It was one of the coolest projects I've ever did.

Globo Esporte

More than 66 million Brazilians turn to Globo Esporte for live streams and journalism coverage of soccer, Formula 1, UFC, and more. In 2018, Globo engaged our Work&Co team to design the vision for their ecosystem that seamlessly integrated its editorial and live offerings. We crafted a vision that spanned the experience sports.
