As a design leader, this versatility helps me navigate diverse challenges, shape design strategies, and foster creativity within design teams.

Before joining Cactus, I was a Group Design Director at Work&Co, helping lead the discipline in Brazil, driving key initiatives, and supporting team growth. Prior to that, I was part of Huge, where I helped lead design, strategy, and technology teams in Brazil as an Executive Experience Director.

Led design across multiple product engagements for Google, TED, PayPal, BTG, Steinway & Sons, Havaianas, and Globo Esporte. Work ranged from AI-driven platforms (Google Trust & Safety) to design systems (TED), retail banking (BTG), live performance apps (Steinway), and scalable content ecosystems (Globo, 66M+ users). Promoted from Design Director to Group Design Director.

Led design, strategy, and technology across digital product and brand engagements. Besides leading Rio's and São Paulo's offices, started new operations in Porto Alegre and helped to grow engagements with clients in Peru and Colombia. Major clients: FCA, Banco de Bogotá, Interbank.
